I weighed in at 240.6 this morning. I drank my green smoothie, a lite 12oz protein shake, 6oz Coconut water, ate some nuts (about a hand full), half a Kiwi, I fixed lobster ravioli that I bought from Costco with a sauce I made and sauteed Mushrooms for diner, I made kettle corn for movie munching, ate some Dark chocolate, and had four Mothers frosted animal cookies. I was going to make salad but was unmotivated.
I also did my days workout. The Leg and Back DVD from the P90X. So, we shall see what I weigh in at tomorrow. I have to get more diligent with the greens and stop being lazy. This was also a sloppy past. I really just wanted to make sure I got one in.
