At Five Weeks
Here I am five weeks later. I feel like I am doing well. Body is changing. I weigh in at 236. I also feel that my performance on the squash court is improving vastly.

Keeping it going
02/11/11
I weighed in at 240.6 this morning. I drank my green smoothie, a lite 12oz protein shake, 6oz Coconut water, ate some nuts (about a hand full), half a Kiwi, I fixed lobster ravioli that I bought from Costco with a sauce I made and sauteed Mushrooms for diner, I made kettle corn for movie munching, ate some Dark chocolate, and had four Mothers frosted animal cookies. I was going to make salad but was unmotivated.
I also did my days workout. The Leg and Back DVD from the P90X. So, we shall see what I weigh in at tomorrow. I have to get more diligent with the greens and stop being lazy. This was also a sloppy past. I really just wanted to make sure I got one in.

This is me. The photos were taken the day before I started the P90X program, that I purchased from an infomercial(oh yeah, that's right!). The official start date; February 7th 2011. I apologize for the undies, but my 12 year old Son was forced to endure the pain of taking the images, so he had it worse.
Early last year my weight reached 260, I had gotten to 267 when I lived in Jersey but I had kept it down a bit since. In the summer I hit my fed up point. Motivated by my wife's pregnancy(I kind of want to be around awhile to see this guy), a late desire for military service, and a want to be a better Squash player I pulled out the Vitamix and started making green smooties every morning. In fact I started going raw foods(mostly) through till dinner when I would eat the same food as the family. I lost 20 pounds in about 5 weeks. I then started my ups and downs, I was lifting weights, running, and playing more Squash but the holidays were upon us, and as we who like the food know, this is all too familiar.
So here goes, a Vitamix, the P90X DVDs, some dumbbells, and some supplements along with what I hope to be a waxing amount of elbow grease, I am going to see how quickly I am able to work myself down to 195 from weight of 245 on Monday the 7th of February 2011.
